In my waking life, I live in USA for studies but I am originally from Pakistan. I went to Pakistan in my dream to meet my family because my Family lives there. In dream I saw younger brother of my mother and then I met some other people with my brother. Those people were having a shop of alepathic medicines like herbs. Since in my waking life, I used to consume ashwaganda which decreases cortisol level and at some level as a man, it incrases my testesterone level as well and it makes me feel confident and energetic or flowy which I like to feel. because I consumed those medicines there, I was happy that I found someone who has such medicines and now I can make them my friends and I was thinking to ask them to give me those herbs or medicines which can increase my testesterone levels. Other than that, in dream in Pakistan, I applied in PUCIT for my masters. I met some students of PUCIT there. I found that this university was all empty and there were less students. And students were giving such an impression that this university is very fun and there is less studies and it seems like there were more girls to whom I can interact with and get a chance to you know. Also was thinking that since now I am more confident and knows game to attract girls so it will be very easy for me now. Then my father did not want me to join this univ, he tried to convince me to join some other university then this one. My Father is usually very angry person and so for that reason, I was not denying in front of him but in my mind I was fixed that I will go to this university. Whatever university my father was asking me to go, I was saying that this is not good university, that reason, and that reason. I was not courageous enough to say that at any cost, I will go to PUCIT but in my mind, I was thinking that I will go to PUCIT and was not denying my father at that moment.
Dreams often reflect our subconscious thoughts, feelings, fears, and desires. Your dream seems to touch on several key aspects of your life, both personal and academic, as well as your relationships with family and your identity as someone who is studying abroad.
Family Connection: Traveling back to Pakistan in your dream to meet family signifies a deep-rooted longing for connection with your roots and loved ones. This can symbolize that even while you are pursuing your studies in the USA, your family plays an important role in shaping your identity.
Herbs and Confidence: The encounter with your uncle and the herbal shop may indicate a desire for healing or support, as the herbs represent natural ways to improve well-being, both physically and mentally. Your feelings of happiness after finding these medicines can reflect a search for confidence and empowerment in your life, particularly as you navigate the challenges of studying abroad and the expectations you face.
PUCIT University: Your application to PUCIT symbolizes your aspirations and goals for the future—specifically relating to further education and the social opportunities it may present. The empty university setting may suggest feelings of uncertainty, loneliness, or even a lack of direction in your current academic journey. Your belief that it is a fun environment where you could form connections may represent a desire for a more fulfilling social life.
Father's Approval: The dynamic with your father indicates a struggle between external expectations and your personal goals. His anger could symbolize the pressures you feel from familial expectations, even if they don’t align with your desires. While you are hesitant to assert yourself in front of him, your internal conviction shows your desire for independence and the need to follow your own path.
Confidence in Relationships: The emerging confidence to attract girls indicates growth in your self-esteem and social skills. In contrast, it might reflect underlying anxieties about how to navigate relationships while fostering your identity as a student and balancing familial expectations.
Overall, your dream highlights themes of connection (both familial and cultural), personal growth (in confidence and social skills), and the struggle for autonomy in the face of parental expectations. It encourages you to explore these aspects while balancing your desires with your responsibilities. Relationships and self-identity are likely significant areas of focus as you continue your journey in your studies and personal life.
